Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or change an order? We process orders quickly — usually within 1–2 business days — so please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

How to Cancel

Email support@trysoria.com with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been packed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can instead return it under our 90-day money-back guarantee once it arrives.

Changes to an Order

If you need to update your shipping address or change which bundle you ordered, email us immediately at support@trysoria.com. We can usually make changes before the order ships, but not after it is in transit.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
