Shipping Policy

We ship Soria across the United States. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the US. Expedited shipping is faster where available.

Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
• $4.99 standard shipping on US orders under $35.
• $5.99 expedited shipping, available at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not yet offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking has not updated in several days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@trysoria.com with your order number. We will track it down or send a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@trysoria.com — we can usually correct it before the order ships. We are not able to reroute packages once they are in transit.
