Try Soria as part of your nightly routine. If it is not the right fit, email support@trysoria.com within 90 days of your delivery date with your order number to start a return. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a full refund of the product price.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@trysoria.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the product back to us, including any unused or unopened bottles. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your item.

When You Will See Your Refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
